作用：桿菌肽鋅屬多肽類抗生素，對革蘭陽性菌具有殺菌作用，其機制主要為抑制細
菌的細菌壁合成，也能與敏感細菌的細胞膜結(jié)合，損傷細胞膜的完整性，導(dǎo)致細胞內(nèi)
重要物質(zhì)外流。有效抑制革蘭氏的陽性菌和部分革蘭氏陰性菌；細菌對桿菌肽耐藥的
速度較慢，與其他抗生素之間無交叉耐藥性。促進畜禽生長，提高飼料轉(zhuǎn)換率。桿菌
肽鋅內(nèi)服幾乎不吸收，大部分在2天內(nèi)隨糞便排出。桿菌肽鋅與青霉素、鏈霉素、新霉
素、金霉素、黏菌素等有協(xié)同抗菌作用。本品與喹乙醇、吉他霉素、維吉尼亞霉素、
恩拉霉素存在配伍禁忌。用于革蘭氏陽性菌及耐青霉素葡萄球菌的感染。

Role: Bacitracin Zinc is a peptide antibiotic, against gram-positive 
bacteria with a bactericidal effect, the mechanism of the inhibition 
of the bacterial cell wall synthesis of bacteria, also with sensitive
 bacterial cell membrane, damage the integrity of the cell membrane, 
leading to important material cells outflow. Inhibit Gram-positive
 bacteria and some gram-negative bacteria; bacteria resistant to 
bacitracin slower, and other non-cross-resistance between antibiotics.
